Ellen Gould (Harmon) White (1827-1915), under the inspiration of God, wrote approximately 25 million words, or 10,000 printed pages during her lifetime. She wrote more than 5,000 periodical articles and 40 books; but today, including compilations from her 50,000 pages of manuscript, more than 100 titles are available in English. She is the most translated female writer in the entire history of literature, and the most translated American author of either gender. Her writings cover a broad range of subjects, including Bible prophecy, education, social relationships, evangelism, publishing, nutrition, and management. Her life-changing masterpiece on successful Christian living, Steps to Christ, has been published in more than 140 languages.

INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
¼ cup plant milk
½ cup water
1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
½-1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of vanilla bean powder or extract
Fruit of choice
DIRECTIONS:
-Place oats, liquid, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla into a 16-ounce mason jar or container of choice. Mix well. Seal shut and place jar in refrigerator overnight.
-In the morning, mix again and top with anything you’d like, such as fresh fruit, more chia seeds, or cacao nibs.
